Hallowd is just a spectacular writer. No matter what character she plays, she injects them with depth and heart. What I always find amazing is that she never has to spell out the depth she gives them - you just see it. Sometimes it's what she doesn't write instead of what she does. Playing with her always makes me want to become a better writer. ♥

Hallowd was one of those people who's writing always challenged me. Her tags are lovely and picturesque, telling a lot about the character and the environment all at once, and they always made me want to put forth the effort to keep up and put out something good in return, rather than coast along.

And of course, let's not forget what a complete joy she is OOC. Utterly kind with a sensibility and perspective that I always appreciated.

Hallowd is one of the most skilled RPers that I've had the pleasure of meeting. She takes her writing seriously, but she doesn't take herself or her characters seriously and so it is never not fun to play out something silly or heartwrenching with her, and always a joy to talk to her OOCly.

Such an amazing writer. Hallowd always makes me want to challenge myself and put forth the effort to be better, although I could get exponentially better than what I am and still never be close to measuring up.

She's so much fun to RP with, and her characters are so well thought out and played with so much heart and understanding of not only their personalities but the history and culture of where they come from. It's a joy to plot and thread with her, and I hope to do so more often.

She's also incredibly kind, intelligent, and fun to talk to OOCly.
